Why is my account in suspended mode?

An iPlum account goes into “suspended mode”, when the monthly subscription fee for the iPlum phone number could not be charged.

There is a number recovery program to help our users reactivate cancelled numbers.

 

Go to https://my.iplum.com/      

Login to iPlum account with your administrator credentials.

Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the Line || More || Reactivate Number and enter the number you want to reactivate. Follow the prompts.
