What is shared number?

Line Sharing allows multiple users to securely make and receive calls, send texts,and view message histories using both their primary iPlum number and shared line.

How to configure shared users in your iPlum admin account:

Administrators can enable sharing of one or more iPlum numbers with other iPlum users using web portal.  You can configure some or all the services to be shared: calls, texts, contacts, fax & voicemail.

  1. Login https://my.iplum.com using administrator credentials.
  2. Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the line to share|| Settings || Share  Line - Web Portal (Edit) || Select other users to share this number.  Review services & permissions.

Note: Each user needs to have an active iPlum subscription (Professional or Enterprise) to use shared number feature .
