Text Error Toll-free Text registration missing

What does this error mean?

‍Effective 11/1/2022, Toll-free texting requires mandatory registration by carriers to curb text spam in their mobile networks.

iPlum provides you with a form for registration.   Please fill all the relevant information about your toll-free texting. It is submitted for the carrier agency approval. It takes between 5 - 7 business days (weekends & holidays excluded) to get their decision.

• Login to iPlum web portal https://my.iplum.com with administrator credentials.  
• Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the Toll-free Line || "Settings" || Edit "Text Options" || Toll Free Messaging Approval || Click "Apply Now".
