Setup Billing: In the left bar menu, click "Billing". Add your payment method here. If you have set up multiple payment sources, select the one you want to use as "Default".
If your current iPlum subscription is setup with Apple App Store or Google Play, you can move it to web portal billing: Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Plans || Number Plan || Edit Select the plan and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. We have both monthly and annual plans available. Your iPlum number will not be cancelled. The system will not move your subscription to iPlum portal until you make this purchase because App Store & Google Play are different billing systems. Important: After you have successfully moved iPlum subscription to the web portal, you should cancel the subscription at Apple App Store / Google Play so that you are not billed twice. iPlum doesn't have access to your Apple App Store or Google Play account for cancellations.
