How much does Phone.com cost?

Phone.com offers three plans: Basic, Plus, and Pro.

The basic plan starts at $15/month per user on a monthly billing cycle. 

It comes with unlimited minutes, one phone number per account, mobile and web apps, video conferencing, and 50 standard voice features including multi-level menus. Text messaging isn't included.

The plus plan runs $22.50/month per user.

The pro plan costs $33.33/month per user. It includes call recording, call logs, CRM integration, and 10-year data retention.

One thing worth noting, though, is that while Phone.com is HIPAA-compliant for voice and video, it doesn't mention a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in the public pricing. So, if your business operates under HIPAA, that’s something you’ll want to verify.

What Phone.com features cost extra?
