For single line accounts the iPlum login ID is the physical mobile phone number which you used to setup your iPlum account.
Please do not include any space, dash or bracket when you enter your login ID.
Note: There are exceptions in case you changed that login ID to an email address after signup in your "Profile & permissions" at your iPlum portal or you are part of multiline account where your administrator has assigned you an email as login ID. In that case you can try your email address as login ID.
I have forgotten my password.
Simply enter your iPlum-ID & click Forgot Password link in your iPlum app or online at https://my.iplum.com. You will receive a text/email with a link to reset your password.
I know my current password but I want to change it.
Login to iPlum online portal https://my.iplum.com. Click on your User icon on the top right of your screen. You'll see a drop down for changing your password .
