Major highlights of new plans

‍

For most users the prices will remain similar. In addition you will get new free features and billing consolidation.

‍

1. Consolidation to North America plans: All new & updated iPlum US or Canada number plans will include calling and texting to both US & Canada numbers without requiring global credits for either country.  

2. AI-generated Voicemail transcription ($4.99 value) is FREE in the Premium and Premium Plus plans. For older plans you had to separately buy the voicemail transcription as an add-on.

3. HIPAA & BAA is automatically included in all Premium and Premium Plus plans.

4. Consolidated billing is automatically generated in your iPlum account which is easily accessible in the portal.  Older plans had individual billing for each iPlum number and/or their features on different dates.

How to update Plans?

‍

To take advantage of new features and billing consolidation, you will need to update your existing plans to newer plans.

‍

 If you have add-on plans like security & backup, voicemail transcription or call recording plan, you will be assigned the new plans which have these features included and the add-on plans will prorate and stop automatically.

‍

When you update plans, your settings will remain as-is.

‍

Note: If you have any time left on the existing plan, it will be prorated and applied to the newer plan.  You won’t lose any funds by upgrading to new plans.

Login to iPlum account with your administrator credentials.

Dashboard|| Users|| Click iPlum Login ID of the Line || Plans.  

Click “Number Plan”, “Manage” and click "Update Plan".

Frequently asked questions

‍

I have different users setup on different dates of the month, how will billing consolidation work?

The system will set the date you start billing consolidation as your billing date going forward for your account.   For first month, the system will prorate all charges for that month to that date. The system will not change any term on your existing lines, monthly plans will continue to bill, annual plans will continue to be billed annually in their respective month.

If I add a new user mid month, how does the billing work?

The system will prorate that user .

Can I keep some users with old plans & some on newer plans?

You can keep a mixed set of plans for different users but you won't be able to do consolidated billing.  We encourage you to update all users to new plans to take advantage of new features,.

How does the plan renewal works with existing plans?

Since the older plans are not available, the system will assign the closest match to your existing plan at the renewal time if you have not made a selection before that.

Are there any plans which have been discontinued?

The measured credits plans have been discontinued.
