Fax.Plus provides end-to-end encrypted online faxing for healthcare organizations, replacing physical fax machines and dedicated lines with a secure cloud-based platform. The service supports AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit, detailed audit trails, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication.

Healthcare teams can manage users from a central admin console, assign dedicated fax numbers, set fax quotas, and enforce security policies across the organization. Fax.Plus also offers API access for integrating fax workflows directly into EHR and practice management systems, along with built-in support for sending faxes from Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Slack, and email. A signed BAA is available on eligible plans. The platform's infrastructure is based in Switzerland and is built to meet the strictest data security standards.
