Refund Policy
Prepaid & Non-Refundable Plans
All iPlum plans are prepaid and non-refundable. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Plans renew automatically based on the selected monthly or annual term using the payment method saved in your iPlum billing account. To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel your account before the next billing cycle begins.
Plan Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect during the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining balance of your current plan term.
No Refunds for Partial Terms
All charges, whether one-time or recurring, are non-refundable. This includes any payments made for partial terms, unused services, or early cancellations.
Port-In Orders
When you place a port-in request with iPlum, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate to facilitate the porting process. Once initiated, the port-in sets up a non-refundable subscription plan. If your number cannot be ported to iPlum for any reason, you may continue using the new iPlum number assigned during the port-in process. There are no refunds for cancellation of the port-in request.
Porting Out
If you wish to port your number out of iPlum, you must unlock your number through the iPlum portal. A mandatory one-time unlocking fee will apply, which must be paid in the iPlum portal. There are no partial refunds for the remaining period in case of port-out.
Carrier Surcharges
Telecommunication carriers may impose surcharges for various services, which iPlum may pass on to customers. These charges are non-refundable, and no proration will be offered for them.
TCR Registrations
iPlum services or TCR (The Campaign Registry) registration charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the registration process or encounter difficulties in doing so.
Platform Enhancements
iPlum continually enhances its platform with new features and services. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify old features as part of our ongoing updates. Telecommunication networks and third-party providers may also impose changes that affect our services.
Service Limitations
iPlum strives to provide high-quality services; however, the quality of our services may be affected by factors outside our control, such as device compatibility, data connection quality, and hosting services. iPlum is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use its services.
If your account has been blocked or cancelled due to iPlum Acceptable usage policy, there are no refunds.
