How to change call and text alert notifications in web portal?

Change call and text alert notifications in web portal:

Note: These notifications will work when your browser and app native notifications are enabled.

1. Login https://my.iplum.com
2. There are two ways to change alert notifications.
   ‍

           a) Select floating call panel on the right of your browser screen. Select notifications icon. Here you can change options for call & text notifications for your iPlum app and web portal. This can be done for your primary number and shared numbers.

            b) Dashboard || Settings || Click iPlum Login ID of the line || Notifications. Here you can change options for call & text notifications for your iPlum app and web portal. This can be done for your primary number and shared numbers.
