Payment or financial issues making iPlum purchases using Apple App Store or Google Play?
You can make iPlum payments using any of three methods:
1. Apple App Store (In-App purchases ) 2. Google Play (In-App purchases) 3. iPlum Web site
If you have any payment related issues with credit or debit card while making In-App purchases in iPlum using App store or Google Play you need to contact Apple or Google directly. They manage that information directly with the users. It is not passed back to iPlum
If you have an Apple or Google gift card, please check if it is valid on all types of In-App purchases.
If you live outside the USA and Canada, you may need to separately activate international payment options for your credit or debit card before it can be accepted at Apple or Google Stores. Please check with your card issuing bank.
