Upgrade/Downgrade plan or move from Apple App Store or Google Play to iPlum portal billing:
a. Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Plans || Number Plan (Edit).
b. Select the new monthly or annual plan which you would like to change to and and follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
Note: If your original subscription plan was setup using App Store or Google Play, it will be moved to the iPlum dashboard for future terms. You will not lose any existing time or unused usage credits in your account. After completing these steps, please remove your iPlum subscription from the App store or Google Play to stop duplicate payments.
