How to reactivate, reinstate or reestablish a cancelled iPlum phone number?
Reactivation is a privilege program to help our users.
Your iPlum number could be cancelled due to any reason like lost or change of credit card, email change, travels, plan expiration etc. The system will try to reactivate a cancelled number but it is not a guarantee that number may be available.
2. Click “Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Reactivate Line ”
Enter the iPlum number you want to reactivate and follow the steps. There is a one-time fee of $19.99 to reactivate a number. You will reestablish the new plan while reactivating the number. The previous plan gets cancelled when the number was cancelled.
Note: In some situations it can take up to 48 hours to reactivate. You will get an email when it is complete.
II. Manual Number Procurement within 30 days of cancellation.
Note: If the automated reactivation process doesn't work for any reason, use this manual recovery process. If we are not able to recover the number, we will refund the entire recovery fees.
Note: If you do not provide us above information, we we can't recover your number.
3. Once the number is recovered, we will ask you to setup a monthly or annual subscription to swap the recovered number into it.

III. Manual Number Procurement between 30 to 60 days of Cancellation.
Note: There is a different process for reactivation between 30 to 60 days of cancellation. Sorry, no reactivation is possible beyond 60 days cancellation. If we are not able to recover the number, we will refund the entire recovery fees.
