How to Get Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA Compliance

Make sure you have a Professional or Enterprise plan, which includes HIPAA-enabled communication features and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Go to https://my.iplum.com/

Log in to your iPlum account with your administrator credentials.

Dashboard || Users || Click the iPlum Login ID of the Line || Compliance || HIPAA Compliance.

Here you can download your Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Note: If your current plan does not include the required HIPAA-enabled features and BAA, the system will prompt you to update your plan.
