How to get Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance?

Make sure you have Professional or Premium plan which includes HIPAA compliance with BAA.

Go to https://my.iplum.com/      

Login to iPlum account with your administrator credentials.

Dashboard|| Users|| Click iPlum Login ID of the Line || Compliance || HIPAA Compliance.  

Here you can download your Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Note: If you do not have right plans for compliance, the system will prompt you to update them.
