How does enhanced voicemail work with bigger storage and voicemail transcription?

The default free voicemail feature has 15 voicemail storage capacity with no transcription.

Enhanced Voicemail: Get 100 voicemail storage capacity and audio to text transcription services for $4.99/mo. The transcription along with audio file is delivered to the user's email and it also available in iPlum portal.

Steps:

1. Login: Go to the web page https://my.iplum.com on your computer or a tablet.
2. Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Plans || Enhanced Voicemail Plan  || Change
   Follow the prompts to select the new plan.
   Note: For HIPAA compliance for your iPlum voicemail transcriptions, please make sure the email address where you receive iPlum voicemail alerts is HIPAA complaint. You can also toggle off voicemail transcriptions and audio attachment in the Voicemail settings.
